Fundraiser FT or PT

We are recruiting a Fundraiser to write bid applications to grants and trusts and develop relationships with our existing donors.

This is a permanent role and can be either a full time or part time role so we welcome applications for either.

SEND Lead - Aim Coordinator

We are recruiting for a SEND Lead to head up our Aim department. The role would involve managing a small team of instructors and practical work with the young people we support in the Aim team. Strong adminitrative skills are required and you will need SEND experience.

This is a permanent Full-time role (4-5 days a week)

Applicants need to be UK residents with a work permit to work in the UK.

Applicants for this role would be subject to an enhanced DBS check and will undergo advanced Safeguarding training.

Start date is August/September 2026, but handover availability in July would be helpful.

Total Adventure Holiday and Guest Support - Part time 0.4 FTE

The Total Adventure Support role exists to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of Total Adventure (TA) Holidays and related events. You would work closely with parents, staff, volunteers, and young people to ensure TA programmes are well organised, welcoming and delivered to a high standard and in line with the A+ Christian ethos.

This is a permanent part time role 0.4 FTE

Internship: Adventure Youthwork and Adventure Education

We are looking for the right person to join our Adventure Impact team who work with young people with additional needs and/or those who come from disadvantaged or vulnerable backgrounds. We are passionate that the benefits of outdoor activities and education should be available to all, regardless of their life circumstances. Adventure Impact is the fastest growing part of Adventure Plus as we look to reach out and make a huge difference to young people who, for whatever reason, are finding life tough.

The right person would share this passion and additionally have some experience of working with disadvantaged or vulnerable young people, a love of the outdoors and will be committed to the Christian ethos of A+.

The candidate would also work alongside our instructor team in delivering adventure activities on our site and further afield.

We will provide training for adventure activities, previously this has included, among others, LEL3, MIAS Level 1, and BCU canoe and kayak coaching.

On-site accommodation is be a possibility. Applicants need to be UK residents with a work permit to work in the UK.

Internship: Adventure Education and Conservation Co-ordinator

This A+ / A Rocha internship has two strands:

Conservation and Land Management (Autumn – Spring): including practical conservation tasks such woodland management and organising Volunteer Conservation Days, e.g. tree planting and hedge laying; contributing towards the design of wildlife areas on the new Adventure Base site; and developing wildlife survey skills.

Adventure Education (Spring-Summer): including training in a number of adventure activities and working alongside the A+ instructor team delivering adventure activities on our site and further afield (e.g. at Ashburnham Place, Quinta Centre or the Brecon Beacons).

The right person would share a passion for the above, have a love of the outdoors and would be committed to the Christian ethos of A+. Applicants need to be UK residents with a work permit to work in the UK.

Internship: Conservation and Land Management Co-ordinator

This A+ / A Rocha internship will provide training and experience in practical conservation and land management as A+ design and coordinate the layout for an Outdoor Education & Adventure Youth work centre in line with our Conservation Site Management Plan.
