As we come out of our busiest year yet, and begin our 'development season', this is the time to plan how best to adapt and grow A+ for the next exciting year, which will see us start to use our wonderful property in a more intentional way.

If you’d be interested in joining the dynamic, growing A+ Team in any of the following roles, we'd love to hear from you.

Gap Year Training and Discipleship Coordinator: Manage and lead the A+ Christian Discipleship & Adventure Activity Training programme for up to 10 trainees, and to begin to explore a possible Outdoor Education Apprenticeship.

Adventure Youth Worker and Senior Activity Coach: A role for someone who can also provide leadership for our team in our activities here at A+ and at other venues. The right candidate will have a passion for our 'Credible Christian witness; and be qualified as a Mountain Leader, D of E Expedition Assessor, with a selection from UKCC L2, SPA, MIAS L2, British Fencing Leader and Archery GB Instructor.

Marketing Coordinator and Fundraising Support: Full time role coordinating all of Adventure Plus' and Windmill Farm's marketing and design including developing our new websites. Role also supports our team of volunteer fundraisers to raise funds to build the AdventureBase, for new equipment and other A+ needs.

These are all independent roles, but there is scope for some to be combined.
