Pupil's skills in a single activity e.g. archery, can be developed over a term. Alternatively multiple activity programmes can introduce students to a variety of adventure activities, engaging them and building their confidence and motivation. Students can also gain an ASDAN Activity Award.

Programmes to meet the specific, and often complex, needs of vulnerable families. These aim to support families by strengthening relationships, building confidence in young people and bringing hope.
Programmes are customised to the needs of the group. Examples could involve:
- a series of ½ day sessions to build rapport through fun, challenging activities
- a 2-day canoe journey offering the family extended time together to encourage them to see each other's strengths (and weaknesses)

Four ½-day sessions to motivate and inspire more…
Taster Courses engage, motivate and inspire young people. Participants achieve the ASDAN Activity Award (1 credit) and A+ achievement awards. This is ideal for building a sense of belonging in a team and helping each young person realise they have a positive contribution to make.
Four ½-day sessions run over consecutive days or weeks, introducing adventure activities and building confidence as they experience anxiety and overcome fears. A wide range of activities are available, e.g.:
- Canoeing skills – work with a partner to learn strokes and craft control
- Climbing – challenge yourself on a climbing wall
- Fencing – understand the value of very controlled aggression
- Archery – develop patience and go for gold
- Bike skills – try our obstacle course and off-road riding
The number of instructors, and therefore cost, vary depending on the needs of the group, but start at £800 for the group. Costs cover activities, all instruction and public liability insurance. Transport can also be provided for additional cost. Close

Discovery Programmes build trust, develop skills and achieve results for young people. Participants achieve the ASDAN Activity Award (3 credits) as well as official activity awards, e.g. British Canoe Union 1* Award. This is ideal for building confidence, improving motivation and developing life skills.
A 10-week programme of ½-day sessions, to develop skills in a single activity, e.g. rock climbing or canoeing and concluding with a 1-day expedition. Other activities are interspersed to develop wider skills and interest. Sessions are tailored to individuals’ age and ability and any emotional/ behavioural issues.
The number of instructors, and therefore cost, vary depending on the needs of the group, but start at £2,500. Costs cover activities, all instruction and public liability insurance. Transport can also be provided for additional cost. Close

Residential Programmes challenge your group, build their awareness of others, develop their self confidence and broaden their experience. Participants achieve the ASDAN Adventure & Residential Award (up to 6 credits).
Programmes are run at our Associate Centres, or an alternative venue of your choice. They can be from 2 to 7 days depending on the group’s needs. Activities can include night hikes, canoe expeditions, rafting, orienteering and many other activities to explore and experience the great outdoors.
Prices per group start at £750 for an overnight expedition and £2,500 for a 5 day residential. Costs cover accommodation, activities, all instruction and public liability insurance. Transport can also be provided for additional cost. Close
